ExPERT Request System

In our ongoing efforts to enhance the ExPERT system, we've introduced Recurring Notifications to keep you informed daily about your pending requests. Additionally, we've expanded our reporting features to provide more comprehensive insights 

Recurring Notifications
👉 Pending Assignment Notification: Scheduled to run daily, this notification is aimed at reminding leads to assign requests that are currently unassigned.
👉Pending Approvals Notification: Also scheduled daily, this notification informs you and your team about any requests that are pending approval.

Report (Org wide)
You can find this report in the top right corner of the Requests Page. Be sure to check it out for detailed insights.

Enforced Automation
The automation step in the request process will now only be marked as completed once the automation trigger has been successfully activated. Users will not have the ability to manually mark this step as completed without running the automation. If you encounter any issues or have feedback regarding this automated step, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
