Release 02.11.2023
We're thrilled to announce a new maintenance release! This will ensure that our system is up-to-date, secure, and continually delivering an optimal performance. Stay tuned for regular updates and enhancements. Thank you for your continued support!
π Enhancements to CTP S2 Report Logic
Developed by: Asrij Siraj
We're making a few changes to improve the accuracy and consistency of our CTP S2 reports. Here's what's new:
- The S2 Meeting Due Date for CTP will now consistently be 12 weeks from the registration date. This change aligns CTP with our other matter types and will apply irrespective of the Date of Accident (DoA).
- We're standardizing the CSI text in the CSI column to read "4-12 weeks from the registration date (80%)". This provides uniformity across all matter types, no matter what the DoA.
- CTP matters will now be sorted into the appropriate month using the registration date - aligning with other matter types. We will, however, continue grouping based on the S2 Meeting Due Date, as long as it is calculated correctly as outlined in point #1.
Please note: These changes will only apply to the current CP year and will take effect from May 2023 onwards. You will see these changes reflected in the period drop-down menu on the report.
π New Podium Locations and LP Regions
Developed by: Asrij Siraj, Chirag Kansara
We're excited to announce that we've expanded our Podium locations with four new additions: Ballarat, Dandenong, Geelong, and Ringwood in Victoria.
π Improvement to Enquiry/Matter Tag Display
Developed by: Savdesh Kaur
We're always seeking ways to help you work more efficiently. With that in mind, we're now including the Injury Region directly in the enquiry tag. This means that, for example, if the Injury Region is NSW, the tag will read as "NSW WC Enquiry". We believe this will allow enquiry solicitors to identify necessary details quicker and easier.
We are looking forward to our upcoming maintenance release! Here's a sneak peak of what to expect:
β Client Name changes, ability to seperate First name, Last name and Middle name and a Client's preferred name.
β Additional Registry options in court tab. - "Newcastle" and "Port Macquarie"
β Notes section to be expanded by default for all Enquiries
β Changes in Enquiry Notes Template
Attribution Project is now entering its final stage. We've been working hard on this initiative and are eager to bring the results to you. Stay tuned for the release set to roll out by the end of the month.
Stay tuned for this one.. big update coming soon π
