ExPERT Request System
✨ Existing Request(s) check
When you're about to submit a new request, our system now automatically checks for any previous requests of the same type. If there are any, you'll see a list of these existing requests, helping to avoid duplicates and get you the information you need faster.
✨ We've improved our confirmation message when you submit a request. Now, it not only acknowledges your submission but also includes a list of any new requests that were created based on your submission.

Soon, you'll have the convenience of self-assigning the next request at the top of the queue with just a click of a button.
Follow-up Requests
Soon, requests can be split into follow-ups, letting you complete them while waiting on third parties.
Initiate follow-ups manually or set them to auto-create based on your schedule, streamlining your request management process.
Finance PATCH 3.5
✨ I didn't know there was draft disbursement!
System now displays a message during the Invoice Disbursement stage if there are any draft disbursements detected. This helpful alert ensures you won't overlook any disbursements.
✨ Invoice Rejection Email
Now, if an invoice is rejected, CasePlan will immediately send you a rejection email notification.
✨ Attachments Conversion to Links
When submitting through CasePlan, if your attachments exceed the total size limit, they'll now automatically be converted into links at the submission stage. You can attach files up to 19MB directly. For additional files, simply create a share link and include it in the email body.
Just click on "Supporting Doc stage," then select "Save and Next" to proceed.
🪲✅ Dinesh finally found a bug causing certain documents to be excluded from the combined invoice, and it has now been fixed.
🪲✅ On the supplier payments screen, the ABA and PDF exports will now match with correct sorting applied.
