We are excited to announce an update to the Matter Card display feature, designed to help you quickly identify matters. Now, you can choose a specific attribute to be displayed on the matter card, presenting the most relevant information for your unique needs. This customisation is available for each Matter Type/Region, ensuring you have quick access to the essential details.

To further assist you, admin configuration can now be done via IT Help, making it more convenient and efficient to tailor your Matter Card display settings.

We are excited to announce the addition of the Linkbacks feature, which allows you to effortlessly navigate from the Performance Dashboard to CasePlan Reports.

This new functionality provides you with a more integrated and efficient way to access and review critical information in read-only mode, ensuring data integrity while maintaining ease of use. Furthermore, the selected time period will be automatically synchronised with the dashboard.

To navigate to CasePlan Report, click on the dropdown next to "View Data" button and select relevant report.
