This customisation is available for each Matter Type/Region, ensuring you have quick access to the essential details.

👉 Introducing Linkbacks: Seamless Navigation to CasePlan Reports from Performance Dashboard in Read-Only Mode with Synchronised Time Periods
We are excited to announce the addition of the Linkbacks feature, which allows you to effortlessly navigate from the Performance Dashboard to CasePlan Reports.
This new functionality provides you with a more integrated and efficient way to access and review critical information in read-only mode, ensuring data integrity while maintaining ease of use. Furthermore, the selected time period will be automatically synchronised with the dashboard.
To navigate to CasePlan Report, click on the dropdown next to "View Data" button and select relevant report.
You can also navigate from "View Data" view
Linkbacks are available for following reports
