Updates to Enquiry Tracking Fields

Renaming for Clarity

  • The field previously known as Initial Enquiry Taken By has now been updated to First Responder. This is to accurately reflect the role of the person who first interacts with the enquiry sheet.

New Fields Added

  • Initial Enquiry Completed By: Found in the short form, this field automatically identifies the person completing the initial enquiry, activated when 'Yes' is selected for 'Have you spoken to the Client?'.
  • Detailed Enquiry Completed By: In the detailed form, this field is auto-selected for the individual filling out the detailed enquiry form, ensuring accurate tracking of who completes each stage of the enquiry process.

Streamlined Invoice Notifications

  • Approval Notifications: Improved to ensure all relevant parties are timely informed about invoice approvals.
  • Delete Bill Email: Now specifically targets concerned parties, enhancing communication efficiency when a bill is deleted.

LP Signature

When sending emails to Insurer/IRO, LawPartner's Signature will now be automatically appended. (You do not need to add the signature manually in Submission stage anymore.)
