A whole new year ✨

ExPERT Request System

For those in WC, CTP and TPD teams, there are new CS Request types available as of today:

  • WC File Request (applicable to all WC stages)
  • WID File Request (applicable to all WID stages)
  • TPD File Request (applicable to all TPD stages)
  • IME (applicable to all stages of WC, WID, CTP)
  • Medical Records Request (applicable to all stages of WC, WID, CTP)
  • Letter of Instruction (applicable to IME stage onwards in WC and CTP, All stages in WID)
  • Brief To Barrister (applicable to all stages of WC, WID, CTP)

We've also addressed some issues with Notifications. Approval Notifications will now be sent as a single email to the requestor's email address with CS and all other team members CC'd on the same email. To enhance clarity, the client's name has been added to the subject line.

Quick Access to Conversations: We've made it easier than ever to access conversations for every single request. Plus, a handy count feature now displays the number of messages for each conversation. We have repositioned the "View Request" button to the first column.

Finance Project

Our dedicated team has been working over the Finance Project for more than a year, and we're excited to announce the first release date is set for 15th February*.

Katherine is currently conducting champion training sessions to collect preliminary feedback on the system.
