Introducing ExPERT 🚩

We're thrilled to announce that Phase 1 of the ExPERT system has now been live for a week, and we have recorded nearly 100 requests submitted during this period. We sincerely thank all of you for your unwavering support and invaluable feedback.

To get maximum value from this system and understand its full capabilities, we strongly recommend that you take some time to thoroughly read the complete release notes detailed below. This will give you an end-to-end understanding of the workflow and the system's potential.

ExPERT System

A huge round of applause and heartfelt thanks to Jack and Sav for their pivotal role in bringing the ExPERT system to life. Their hard work and relentless dedication have been instrumental in this significant achievement.

Client Care ☎

We're dedicated to continuously refining the Client Care experience, particularly after the recent Attribution release. Let's delve into some of the improvements we've initiated this week.

  • We've updated the short form to enhance the data visibility and efficiency. A new field, "Have you spoken with the client and/or received information about the accident/injury?", has been added. Additionally, we've adjusted certain fields to better highlight important data, improving usability and process efficiency.
  • Any time an enquiry is auto-generated, a corresponding note will now be automatically added.
  • We've significantly upgraded our Reporting capabilities to capture more precise metrics.
  • Additionally, we’ve addressed and fixed several minor bugs.

Whats Next?
Next update will include some more enhancements to reporting as requested.

Perf Review 🏎️

Your user experience is our top priority, and in our quest to make CasePlan even better, we've begun implementing performance improvements as required in each release.

As a part of this initiative, Chirag has focused on reducing the load time of the Task Page. Thanks to these improvements, the Task Page now loads in approximately 2 seconds, greatly enhancing the user experience.

Whats Next?

  • In our pursuit of continuous improvement, we're shifting our focus to other areas of Task Management, specifically speeding up the process of adding a matter task. We are aware of certain issues where tasks have vanished or have not been added when conducting multiple operations. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving these issues promptly and ensuring a smoother, more efficient Task Management experience.
  • We are also aware of issues regarding the 'Potential Claim' tab freezing in Client Care. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and assure you that resolving this issue is a high priority for us. Our team is committed to delivering a seamless, frustration-free experience for all users.

Finance Project πŸ’°

Our dedicated team has been working over the Finance Project for more than a year, and we're excited to announce the first release date set for 15th February.

This release will feature a brand new Billing and Disbursement module. Additionally, our Accounts team will begin using Xero alongside Locus, with the ultimate goal being the complete retirement of Locus. This will be an important milestone in our journey.


Incident Report

We acknowledge that there was an unfortunate Client Care outage last week, in addition to a few minutes of downtime at CasePlan. We are taking necessary measures to prevent any future outages and ensure uninterrupted usage for all users. Our vision for CasePlan over the next year is to transform it into a productivity powerhouse, driven by superior automation and an improved user experience. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
