Release: Updated Task Count Handling
Rejoicing in the subtle shifts that shape our path
In this release, we've updated the way task counts are displayed. The changes are based on your feedback and other factors, and are intended to treat tasks as actual tasks, not notifications.
New Task Count Criteria:
- Task is overdue
- Task is due within 5 days
- Task does not have a due date
⚠️
These updates may result in higher task counts for some of you, as overdue tasks that were completed but not marked as resolved will now be counted.
Recommendations:
- Review your task list and mark any completed or unnecessary tasks as resolved. This will help you focus on tasks that are actually overdue or due soon.
For bulk cleanup, if you do not need tasks before a certain date, email [email protected] with the subject "Please clear all my tasks for [Matter/Finance/DMS] before [date]." Our team will assist you.
